We ship worldwide.

Is there a shipping fee?
We offer FREE DELIVERY in India for all orders OVER INR 5000. We charge a minimum fee for Cash on Delivery orders.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER INR 12000. For orders under INR 12000, we charge a shipping fee of INR 1200.

How long will it take to process my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it takes us 3-4 business days to process your order. Once the order is processed, standard shipping takes 6-8 business days within India and 8-12 business days for international deliveries.

For deliveries within NCR Delhi, we offer next day delivery on request. Please get in touch with us via WhatsApp for the same. Terms and Conditions apply.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp (subject to T&C) notification, with the tracking link included. You should be able to track the status of your delivery using this link. For any questions, please reach out to our team via WhatsApp (+91 95605 90089) or Instagram DM.

Will I have to pay customs and import duties?
International orders (outside India) may be subject to duties and taxes by your local customs office when your order arrives in the destination Country. These will be billed direct by the shipping partner and they will contact you direct to arrange payment.

For an estimate of these charges, we recommend using a customs calculator or contacting your customs office.

NOIB cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all NOIB orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this information.
