Returns
We do not accept any returns on our orders except in case of a damaged product.

All our products go through a strict quality check process to meet our quality standards. However, in the rare case that a product is damaged, please send us a message on WhatsApp on +91 95605 11344 within one week of delivery with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Description of issue with an image of the item received.

Once we receive the above information, we will evaluate the issue. If the product is found to be damaged or used, we will replace your order. 

Please note:

  1. No monetary refund will be provided. A credit note valid for 3 months from the date of delivery will be issued;
  2. Any issues reported after 72 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement;
  3. Item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags intact;
  4. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the NOIB; workshop. However, we do arrange for a reverse pick up at an additional cost of INR 150, on request;
  5. Customers are requested to utilise the store credit within its validity period, as we will be unable to offer any extension beyond 3 months.

Exchanges

To avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage our customers to go through the size guide and product specifications on our website before making any purchase.

How to process an exchange?

In case of an exchange,  please send us a message on WhatsApp on +91 95605 11344  within one week of delivery. A member from our team will get in touch with you.

Please note:

  1. Any issues reported one week after delivery will not be eligible for exchange;
  2. Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for shipping the product back to the NOIB workshop. 
  3. Once we receive the piece, a thorough quality check will be undertaken by our team. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags intact; any products with signs of usage (example - make up stains, perfume) or with tags removed will not be eligible for exchange.
  4. Once the quality check is completed, an exchange for the new size/ piece requested will be shipped within 7 days;
  5. In case of product exchange, the new product requested needs to be of the same or higher value. 
  6. The final decision for exchange rests with the NOIB team and unfortunately, no exceptions are made. 

International Orders
We are unable to offer any refund or exchange for international orders. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product.

Sale Items
All items on sale are ineligible for any exchanges/returns. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product during seasonal promotions.

The delivery timeline for sale orders is approximately 7-10 days, depending on product availability. Please note that express delivery is not applicable for sale items.
